PEAK Pharma Solutions Inc. is presently recruiting a Specialty Sales Representative for an immunology program supporting a leading pharmaceutical company in Canada. This position will cover Edmonton and Saskatchewan and will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the dermatology and allergy communities.

The ideal candidate:

• Brings an ownership mindset to the role with a high level of enthusiasm for delivering value to healthcare professionals and patients.

• Enjoys the challenge of developing new relationships and strengthening existing customer partnerships.

• Takes pride in building territory business by identifying and addressing customer and patient needs.

• Is a quick learner who is eager to share ideas and contribute to a culture of collaboration, support, and team success.

• Is comfortable managing a geographically broad territory and working independently while remaining closely connected to the broader team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry.

• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience is considered an asset.

• Experience building strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to present to healthcare professionals with confidence and conviction.

• Strong track record of success in an assigned territory is considered an asset.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with an ownership mindset.

• Excellent work ethic, passion, enthusiasm, and drive to make a difference.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, science, or a related field.

• Excellent time and territory management skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related applications and databases.

Full PEAK Pharma Solutions compensation package which includes:

• Competitive compensation based on experience ($70-$120K) with incentive plan opportunity
• Duration: Intended to run for at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension
• Allowances for territorial expenses including car allowance
• Dedicated training and support
• Opportunity to partner with a growing pharmaceutical organization in Canada
