We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self- driven, agile, and passionate Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Neuroscience to join our client’s high performance team as a full time team member based out of the Greater Toronto Area.

The Specialty Sales Representative Neuroscience will execute field-based brand strategies, driving territory sales performance in Greater Toronto. The role involves developing and executing territory business plans and building and maintaining preferred partner The Specialty Sales Representative – Neuroscience will execute field-based brand strategies, driving territory sales performance in Greater Toronto. The role involves developing and executing territory business plans and building and maintaining preferred partner relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all territory business objectives, including sales goals and growth
  • Promote our client’s products and services with key opinion leaders, targeted specialists, and healthcare professionals
  • Develop, implement, and execute a territory business plan
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products and disease areas
  • Analyze and report on sales, Medical Education, monthly plans, and call activity
  • Represent our client as an innovative and ethical company

Qualifications

  • University degree required, preferably in health sciences or business administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience with a strong record of achievement
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital or specialty setting
  • Experience in the psychiatric market is an asset
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
  • Experience in project management is a great asset

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as per business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
