We are looking for an ambitious Bilingual Area Sales Manager (English and French) to join our team in Eastern Canada.
The successful candidate is fluent in English and French and has 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience including recent 3+ years of experience as a Sales Leader.

Your Next Success
As our Area Sales Manager, you will be highly influential in developing a winning strategy that will generate excitement and inspire the sales team to reach targets, goals and maximize performance in their respective markets. Comfortable with developing comprehensive business plans and account strategies, you will be a key contributor in maintaining our process and establishing accountability for results within the sales team.
You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable working closely with Marketing to increase our market share in both new and established ways. You will have the ability to influence BioSyent’s key stakeholders across the selling channel and are comfortable coaching the team on developing a solid consultative sales approach to these groups.
This is a home-based position with 40% travel. You will report to our Vice President, Sales, and Marketing. Applicants will be considered from Ontario and Montreal as a home base. At necessary, you will also work at the head office in Mississauga, Ontario.
