Main Responsibilities:

  • You will map patient and care flow dynamics at a clinic level to identify opportunities to improve outcomes based on the evidence for our client’s product range across multiple therapy areas.
  • Develop and execute a mutually agreed, individualized clinic level plan to implement evidence-based hospital protocols and or treatment algorithms.
  • Facilitate frequent, high quality, peer to peer virtual and in-person meetings based on identified learning needs.
  • Improve customer experience across multiple touch points, including our client’s Home Care program to ensure patient loyalty and retention.
  • Develop regional brand advocates and thought leaders through peer-to-peer influence.
  • Track monthly business performance metrics and adjust planning to bridge any gaps.
  • Invest in continuous learning to stay current with scientific literature and competitor activities.
  • Lead a virtual sales representative that will support your efforts

Education/Competencies Requirements

  • Life Sciences education. B.Sc. Nursing, Pharmacy or health care training preferred.
  • 3-5 years of evidence-based, direct medical sales experience
  • Experience in the Hematology, Immunology or Critical care therapeutic areas
  • Experience in virtual customer engagement and management
  • Good phone/ email manners and impeccable presentation skills.
  • Fluency in business French for ON East based roles considered an asset
  • Ability to lead and supervise staff that will be in place to support your activity

  • Resourceful and exhibit sound judgment with an ability to set priorities and make decisions.
  • Experienced in working with senior executives internally and decision makers externally.
