PEAK Pharma was founded by Jennifer Meldrum and Richard Adamson, who both have extensive experience in the healthcare arena. For more than 20 years, Jennifer and Richard have built and implemented sales solutions and managed successful pharmaceutical sales forces and operational teams. With a vast and unique set of skills, the PEAK management team delivers extraordinary results for their clients.
With teams stretching from lush Vancouver Island to the rocky shores of Newfoundland, PEAK is a Canadian owned and operated company with tremendous experience managing Canadian teams and programs.
Over the years, we’ve been fortunate to work with many Canadian healthcare organizations including traditional pharma, OTC, device and others – nearly every pharma company in Canada in some way, shape or form. We managed product launches, new indications, new formulary coverage, LOE strategies, pilot projects and more. Jennifer Meldrum is a 20+ year veteran of sales and operations in contract sales outsourcing. She has implemented more than 50 sales support programs during her tenure working with multi-national and start-up organizations. Jennifer has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and combines her insight with confidence and acumen when it comes to advising our healthcare partners.
She utilizes her knowledge of industry trends to provide coordinated and strategic solutions for clients that optimize their strengths and addresses their challenges. Jennifer’s operational expertise works in perfect harmony with Richard’s years of experience in sales and marketing. As a team, they have created high-level strategic solutions for many companies in the healthcare industry.
A strong leader, Jennifer seeks out challenges to help drive the healthcare industry forward. Jennifer currently serves as the President of the Women Leaders in Pharma and as President of the Ontario Pharmaceutical Marketing Association (OPMA). In these two high-profile roles, Jennifer utilizes her leadership skills and dedication to influence and inspire change in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Her business acumen and integrity is an outstanding example for all to follow.

Richard Adamson has more than 30 years of pharmaceutical experience and has held various roles including sales rep, marketing manager, sales manager, regional and national sales director, business development and vice president of sales. Over his stellar career, Richard has worked for both large multinational pharma companies and smaller ones, including Lederle, Bayer, Roche and Nycomed (now Takeda).
During his time at these organizations, Richard developed a deep understanding of the various challenges of the sales and marketing departments, and how to apply new, flexible strategies to reach sales goals. For the last 12 years, Richard has worked alongside Jennifer to create, build and execute customized solutions for Canadian healthcare organizations.
Richard’s expertise lies in building partnerships with our clients and employees. He understands the needs of our clients and how to translate them into an exciting motivational program that teams are eager to execute.
