Position Summary

The User Experience Representative(s) will play a pivotal role in introducing and promoting our client’s product to drug access navigators (DANs), oncologists and other healthcare professionals . This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and established relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in oncology. The successful candidate(s) will also leverage technology to deliver value and enhance users’ success, including seamless user registration, onboarding and early experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Secure meetings with DANs and oncologists to introduce our client’s product
  • Present system features and benefits to ensure optimal user adoption
  • On-board new users by assisting with initial setup and all user registrations
  • Regular follow up with target HCPs to enhance their success, making them regular users of our client’s product
  • Assist with troubleshooting of day-to-day technical challenges (escalation to IT support as needed)
  • Act as the first point of contact for all user communication with our client
  • Become fully familiar with product features and functionalities and with the product development needs
  • Capture user feedback and provide guidance to the internal development team regarding enhancements to optimize user experience
  • Travel throughout the territory is required

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on oncology
  • Breadth of existing relationships in oncology centers
  • Solid understanding of the Canadian pharmaceutical industry, healthcare landscape and hospital environment
  • EMR and/or technology know-how and experience is preferred
