Responsibilities
As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will improve the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions. You will develop deep knowledge of our health care system, disease state, product portfolio and therapeutic options.
You will identify and develop relationships with customers that will consist of family physicians and community neurologists. Using our client’s network and resources, you will respond quickly and appropriately to customer concerns. You will identify and offer multi-channel solutions that are the most relevant to your customers, adopting digital channels when they are available. You will capture, analyze and interpret territory data, trends, and develop and implement a detailed territory plan for your portfolio.

The Specialty Sales Representative (SSR) – Neurology/Migraine, will promote our client’s product(s) to key opinion leaders, targeted specialists and healthcare professionals in the province of British Columbia. He/she will develop and perform actions aligned with the territory business plans, establishing and maintaining preferred partner relationships with key customers. In order to succeed, the SSR will need to understand customer needs and deliver innovative products and solutions that serve the patient and the medical community. This will be accomplished in collaboration with the cross-functional team who work collectively to ensure optimal alignment with the business opportunities and priorities. The SSR is expected to observe our client’s values and behaviours, in addition to ethical business practices (Innovative Medicines Canada compliance, code of conduct, etc.).
