PEAK Pharma Solutions Inc. is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Canadian pharmaceutical organization. If you are experienced as a pharmaceutical sales professional in the healthcare industry, you will want to part of this exciting opportunity. This position is a full-time, permanent position directly with the client. PEAK Pharma Solutions Inc. is only acting as the recruiter.

Responsibilities

The Specialty Sales Representative (SSR) Cardiovascular will promote our clients product(s) services to key opinion leaders, targeted specialists and healthcare professionals in the Calgary, Red Deer, South Alberta territory. He/she will develop and perform actions aligned with the territory business plans, establishing and maintaining preferred partner relationships with key customers. In order to succeed, the SSR will need to understand customer needs and deliver innovative products and solutions that serve the patient and the medical community. This will be accomplished in collaboration with the cross-functional team who work collectively to ensure optimal alignment with the business opportunities and priorities. The SSR is expected to observe our client’s values and behaviours, in addition to ethical business practices (Innovative Medicines Canada compliance, code of conduct, etc.).

Requirements

Along with a results-oriented mindset, self-assurance and an engaging manner, the ideal candidate has:

• University degree, health sciences or business administration
• Experience as a hospital or specialty representative
• Results-oriented and customer focused
• Highly energetic and self-motivated
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various groups and committed to teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
