Position Summary:

You are comfortable working from home in a virtual setting, calling on physician offices/clinics. Combined with a courteous and professional demeanor, you are strong at generating leads, and moving potential leads from discovery to close. You are good at initiating discussions to unearth problems, can present the clinic with solutions tailored to address the problem, and can follow-up promptly. You are a good listener, have strong communication and organizational skills. You are results driven, passionate and motivated to succeed. You are a quick learner, and a self-starter. You are at ease with technology and use it successfully to connect and communicate with your audience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed set targets.
  • Identify and generate leads, book appointments, demonstrate the solution and secure the business through cold calls for assigned accounts.
  • Engage customers in needs-based selling discussions that positions our solution to established or identified customer needs.
  • Perform consultative (questioning) selling virtually.
  • Sell the company’s solution addressing or predicting customers objectives.
  • Follow-up and support clinics to problem-solve as required.
  • Monitor and update all activities, meetings, and achievements in the CRM, in a timely and on-going manner.
  • Update Manager on issues, status, progress, and performance on a regular basis.

Qualities/Skills

  • 1-2 years successful track record of selling services in a business-to-business environment.
  • Direct experience selling software solutions or services to physician offices is considered an asset.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Great probing and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to close.
  • Goal oriented.
  • High achiever.
  • Self-directed.
  • Passionate and driven to succeed.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Confident engaging audiences in a virtual setting.
  • Flexible.
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office software.
  • Comfortable and effective utilizing virtual platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
