Roles and Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales goals
  • Grow and manage a sales funnel
  • Meet or exceed goals and metrics
  • Perform value selling and consultative (questioning) selling
  • Develop relationships with key customers, decision-makers, new clients and partners
  • Work closely with clients to understand their key business objectives and challenges
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Monitor and update all sales activities, meetings and achievements into SalesForce in a timely and on-going manner
  • Maintain a structure and balance of new business development
  • Implement strategies to expand existing business
  • Ensure business retention through account maintenance
  • Find and close new business
  • Work with the BD and Clinical Operations team to develop and deliver capabilities meetings and bid defenses
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, and alliance partners to deliver value to clients
  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Client Solution Strategist to develop winning proposals
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events and visit alliance partners for face-to-face meetings
  • Completion of expense claims in a timely an accurate manner
